How you can use it.
The dataset is published for research, comparison, and verification — the point of an independent index is that you can check it. Facts (capabilities, pricing models, licences) are not themselves copyrightable; the selection, schema design, and editorial prose are covered by the terms of use. If you build something on this data, a link back to the relevant tool page is appreciated and keeps the provenance intact.
Spotted something wrong in the data? That is exactly what the corrections process is for — a fix in the source reshapes every page and this export at once.
