How it's charged

You pay per named user, and the per-seat rate depends on which tier (feature bundle) you buy. Costs scale with team size, not data volume — a small team monitoring a huge warehouse pays less than a large team on a small one.

What to watch

Seat definitions. Viewer/read-only seats are sometimes free, sometimes not — the difference can double a rollout budget. Also check which capabilities are gated to the top tier.
